ICE - Intense Cardio Exercise. 30 minute fat burning workout that uses a science based approach to giving you the best workout. You will have a different workout each time.



Boxing = An hour class, with a mix of boxing techniques! Pumped up music, partner up and push each other along! You'll be taught how to box just like the pro's in the ring.

Mature = Mature & Motivated! A class designed for older adults, but certainly suitable for younger ones too! Generally a circuit style, with some added extras on the end. Participants vary from teenagers to ladies in their 80s.

Attack! = a sports based aerobic session! Be prepared to sweat! You'll work on power, speed, agility and get those fast twitch muscle fibres firing! All choreographed to the latest remixes.

Yoga = a yoga, stretch and relaxation session designed to stengthen, tone and stretch out those muscles we neglect. Particularly good for clients how work out a lot, and for office workers! Great for strengthening and lengthening typically sore areas such as backs and hamstrings. Work every organ in your body & help prevent developing many chronic diseases. You'll leave feeling like you've had a day at the spa! Delicious!
